This is the BEST cleaners in the city of Richmond. I have been going here for a number of years. They are cordial, professional, honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. They also have a quick turnaround. I would recommend them to anyone. So glad I found them.

I have worked with them for many years. Great family owned business that do excellent work. From Dress Shirts, Pants, Slacks, Wedding Dresses, to Comforters. They are excellent. When most cleaners went under during the Pandemic, they kept going! 5-Star!!!

There are a lot of dry cleaning services around the Richmond area but this place is the best BY FAR. Mimi is the sweetest woman, and she seems to handle basically everything. Her customer service is excellent, and the clothes are always cleaned exceptionally well with no cheap detergents or weird chemicals. I took back a skirt I recently got cleaned because I wanted it freshly ironed for a work event, and she redid it for me free of charge. Exceptional service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a service that doesn't cheap out or cut corners.
