Jamal, Beverly & their manager(I forgot her name) all provide 1st class service. I come in multiple times a week and every time I speak to Jamal he has a great attitude, is uplifting and has my order ready for me within 30 seconds of me walking in. Beverly knows my order without asking my name and has white glove service as she always makes sure I get exactly what I ask for while also providing me with very accurate pick up times(that’s important to me with a busy schedule). I recently started going to the location on Patterson. I have to say that Puritan is heads and tails above any other cleaners I have ever experienced in my 20+ years of having professional dry cleanings. Best experience by far. Such professionalism and top notch Customer service. Sandy is absolutely amazing!! She always has a smile, very professional and wonderful demeanor.Its the little Big things. Like a handwritten Thank you card after my first cleaning. Who does that?? Or i had two suits that needes re heming and I forgot to mention it when dropping off.
