“We have used their alterations service twice and the owner is very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced.
The first time, my daughter needed alterations for a dress purchased for Ring Dance.
He proposed two different methods, at two price points, and though we went with the more costly option, I do like that he offered a less costly method since it was a dress that would only be worn once.
We recently purchased her Prom dress, and discovered this morning that the seam below the back zipper had opened in a section about 2 inches long.
Not only did the owner do the repair on the spot today, but he did it at no charge!
I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing alterations or repairs - you will not be disappointed!“

“Long story short- The staff is committed to getting orders finished and ready so you can have your suit for graduation.

Short story long- My ASUs got musty at our Dine-in from helping my battle-buddies make it home. The next morning I turned my suit in for cleaning the and was told it would be ready in 5 days (2 before graduation). I show up the afternoon it’s supposed to be ready and the suit is not their. ?… the attendant, Sara, said she knew my order was finished, but didn’t get shipped from Richmond as it was supposed to . Sara closed the store early to personally drive to Richmond and have my suit here 1st thing the next morning.

Morning before graduation I showed up, and Sara had my suit along with a note telling customers why she had to close the shop early the prior day. This shop will have your stuff ready before you graduate, PERIOD!“

“So This is a wonderful place to get your clothes clean they are reliable not once have they got my order wrong what I mean is no one clothes got mixed up with Mine let me add this to it I've been going there roughly 3 years The guy who works there Is very pleasant I really don't have any bad reviews for this place seems to stay busy so that's a good sign some people might find this a issue and I will explain you drop your clothes off let's say on a Monday you won't get them back till Friday I don't really have an issue with that I have enough clothes to be OK with that some people might not be as fortunate that's all I was saying so I'm going to end this review I hope it helps so they get a A+ keep up the good work“
