“The staff here is amazing and my family has a long-standing relationship with them. Indy, my parents Vizsla who unfortunately recently passed, stayed here whenever my parents were out of town. In her younger years, Indy would do doggy daycare… sometimes three times a week even. We never had a bad situation. More recently, my GSP, Duke, has been boarded here about four times of various stays. Every prior location Duke was boarded, he would come back sad and act as if I abandoned him. At CCC, he is excited to see me but has no resentment towards me for leaving him. The staff is well trained, the animals are well taken care of, and I do not stress about Duke when I occasionally leave town. Thanks CCC for the great care!“

“The staff and services are A+. My Himalayan kitty looks show quality every time I pick her up. Absolutely no post traumatic vet visit syndrome for this kitty. She’s indeed so happy after the grooming by experienced hands. Great name for the company. I haven’t tried the boarding facility yet but from what I have seen, I would not hesitate to board my cats there.“

“I was in a tough spot needing last-minute care for my 6-month-old puppy, and Poochpals came through in the biggest way. Josh was so responsive. They visited twice a day, sent photos after every visit, and kept me updated while I had to be away all day for work. I’ve found my go-to pet sitters and couldn’t recommend them more highly!“

“Keri and Stephanie have been absolutely AMAZING to work with. I’m a first time dog owner, with a high energy Lab puppy, Luna. I started puppy training and socialization with Stephanie last year when she was 3-4 months. It was so worth it. Stephanie was great and the training paid off immensely with socializing Luna and teaching her basic obedience at an early age.

Fast forward, and now I am back working with Keri on more advanced e-collar and off leash training since Luna turned 1 year old. Keri is an amazing trainer and I absolutely love her style. I’ve noticed a difference in Luna’s recall, leash skills, and impulse control almost immediately. She is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain the training and reasoning behind each of the different training exercises.

They are great and take the time to not only drop in on my cats, but play with them and give them some much needed love while I am out of town. Sara is one of the only people in the world my shy cat will come out and greet when they are pet sitting.

I’ve been taking my cat to NOVA Cat Clinic for three years and highly recommend it to other cat parents. The vets and techs are sensitive to my cat’s preferences, gentle during exams, and take time to explain everything clearly. When my cat shows signs of stress, they never push; instead, they suggest coming back another day for bloodwork if needed, which makes visits much more comfortable for all of us. “Montrose Pet Hotel is the best! Wonderful facility, very clean, and super quick drop off and pick up! I boarded my dog for the weekend and she came back very happy! Since then I've done the doggy day care as well, and they are always great at accommodating my dog at the last minute. Love this place!“

“I cannot express enough how much I recommend Frolick!!! I initially was just going to the open gym in the evenings to practice agility and basic commands with my Bernedoodle , where I had met initially Kevin and Kim (the owners). Kevin is SUCH a wealth of knowledge about dogs and had given me initial tips to build on what my girl already knew, but the more we talked, I knew the day board and train would be the best option. IN COMES JUSTIN!! He has the Kevin touch as well. Everything looks effortless. He also was beyond patient with me ( I think I was harder to train than my dog tbh, but you’ll have to ask him). Now, I swear my girl loves Justin more than me (they really should love their trainers that much!), she loves “going to school” (which is what we call Frolick)- to the point she starts Panting when we get close by on Duke street.
The perfect mix of corrections and positive reinforcement, training the things I needed the most and was having the hardest time being consistent with (place, heel, recalls) and dealing with reactivity! GOD SENDS. If I have a question or concern,I don’t feel dumb asking or coming to Frolick to ask or practice. EVERYONE has noticed how much more relaxed both my pup and myself are now- that’s confidence from Justin. Frolick is truly a family and I wish I would have found them even sooner. I will be eternally grateful!!“

“Lauren helped us retrain our dog before moving abroad after he became impossible in older age and it honestly changed our life! Our dog Piper had become extremely reactive towards other dogs and couldn’t even walk by them. After working with Lauren, Piper has been playing with other dogs every single day, visiting crowded markets in Europe happily, sitting at cafés, hiking off leash, and is even loving the dog park. He has had no issues with dogs big and small. Strongly recommend!“

“Today we took our dog Luna to the veterinarian, Dr. Logan Murray, and we had such a great experience. My husband and I live in Georgetown, and we had trouble finding a good vet for a long time — but we finally found DuPont Veterinary Clinic, and they were amazing.

Dr. Logan Murray is a genuinely kind and caring person. He treated Luna so gently and patiently, and Luna was very well-behaved thanks to how comfortable he made her feel. The examination was very thorough, and while discussing which vaccines Luna needed, he was extremely honest. If something wasn’t necessary for her, he said so and never tried to push extra services or take our money. That level of honesty really means a lot to us.

The assistants working there were also amazing — very professional, attentive, and kind. The clinic was spotless and very clean. This was our first time visiting, and we’re pretty sure this will be our regular vet from now on. Even the treats they gave Luna were great!

“My cats' treatment has been wonderful at Kenwood. They couldn't have been more caring when one of my cats dropped dead. And they greeted the new cat (a Siberian) enthusiastically, and on his fourth visit called out his name when we entered for a checkup. The assistants and the receptionists are also very welcoming. Yes, with a Jaguar parking can be difficult but the advantages of having caring vets and staff makes up for it.“
