“Paw'Cierge's services were above exceptional. I have had my dog for 10 years and had a few dog sitters/walkers, but I have never been happier (and neither has my dog).I have been away for 6 days, so I was very worried about taking Donny (my Boston Terrier) to a dog hotel because she is an older lady and feels more comfortably at home. Paw'Cierge saved my trip! I was able to keep her at home and schedule frequent visits even on New Years Eve. Every morning I received a detailed report and multiple videos of my fur baby having the time of her life. I don't think I've ever seen her that excited. She also got her medicine, food and long walks. When I got home, my kitchen was clean and even my trash was taken out. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would!P.S. Her care giver even wrote a beautiful poem about Donny!“
“Toni helped our dog Boh get his life back. Boh came to us with pretty severe separation anxiety to the point where he could not control his feelings unless we were both home with him; and it would require an hour of soothing from whoever was left to care for him.Thank goodness we came across Toni who may be the dog's trainer, but she really was our therapist and confidant, and an advocate for Boh with his vet and behaviorist to make sure he got the right medications and treatments to assist his training.In the 18 months we trained with Toni, she not only helped Boh through his separation anxiety - my partner and I got date night back! - but she also helped out with various other training needs like Boh's leash reactivity and front door reactivity.Truly forever grateful to Toni who stuck with us through the highs and lows of building Boh's confidence and helped all 3 of us reclaim our lives.“
“We connected with Susie shortly after we adopted a Westie mix from the animal shelter. Our dog (Sophie) dealt with reactivity issues when we went outside for walks. Susie worked with us extensively to both improve Sophie's comfort level around other dogs and also how we could distract her through the use of positive reinforcement and clicker training.We greatly appreciated Susie's time and her willingness to ago above and beyond to help with with Sophie. She came to us for training, joined us in our nearby park (Meridian Hill Park), and even offered up her building front yard for long leash training. She provided necessary tools to help us and was all around a great trainer to work with. We can't recommend her highly enough.“

“I had a great experience here with Dr. Fontaine and the rest of the staff at Dupont Vet Clinic! I took my newly adopted shelter cat for a wellness appointment and vaccine. It was efficient, and Dr. Fontaine answered all my questions and gave me some great cat advice. I also was able to schedule the appointment just one day after calling. Everyone I interacted with at the clinic loves animals and is very kind. Look forward to coming here for years to come!“

“I’m truly grateful for the wonderful culture and care staff show at District Vet Brookland. Our cat was seen by Dr Makhijani and Technician Andrew. Both of them were very gentle with our 5 year old cat.I’ve had not-so nice experiences with other vets in DC, but this team has made my heart feel at ease. And I know my cat is also more willing to participate in the examination.“
“I’ve been a patron for more than a year. Dogtopia is wonderful. It is The BEST doggy daycare and boarding facility in the DMV. My mini schnauzer has a huge personality and they never get tired of him. They are highly trained in canine behavior and I can see via web that my Huey responds very well to the staff and he absolutely loves being there. Most importantly, the staff LOVE animals and it shows in how Huey is treated and his behavior. Not only is he well cared for, but always tuckered out when he comes home.“

“We’ve been using Luis for three years now and here’s why I give it five stars 1) they come pick up and drop off our pup which saves so much hassle 2) Every time Luis comes to get him, my dog freaks out with excitement and literally runs to the van 3) they are flexible and have really helped me out when I realize last minute that I need a dog-sitter 4) they are good, down to earth folks that love dogs 5) they just upped their prices but are still competitively priced (and more affordable than basically anywhere else).If you want a fruffy place with report cards and dog spas and hourly photos - this is not for you. If you want a family-run reliable spot that your dog loves, with people that check your sitting needs weekly - I recommend these folks.“
“Brought my two dogs here after a grooming hiatus. Scheduling was very easy and I am glad they have availability 7 days a week. Myeshia took great care of my dogs, and even finished their groom well ahead of the estimated timeline. They both came back looking sparkling clean and smelling fresh. We'll be back in 6 weeks!
