We’ve moved away from DC two years, but we still miss this vet clinic! The vet assistants and vet techs were very capable and skilled in restraining our very spicy cats. The doctors were also very kind, empathetic, and extremely thorough in their exams and explanations. Such a caring team that we dearly miss! Also, it was important to us to go to an independently owned veterinary clinic. A belated thank you to the Dupont Vet team!
Everyone at Dupont Vet Clinic was so kind and welcoming! I had no idea they waived the first exam fee for folks who adopt from shelters, which was a pleasant surprise. Dr. Peralta was great, the receptionists were great, and overall it's a great office.
The vet who helped us, David, was great! he thoroughly analyzed Edward, our 18-year-old cat, and reassured us that he is in good shape for an old man. He did not push a bunch of unnecessary tests and procedures on us, the way many corporate vets do. Edward appeared to like him too, and -- unusual for Edward -- did not try to bite him.
