I came here after reading mixed reviews online, so I wasn’t fully sure what to expect. Honestly, the experience ended up being pretty good. My border collie was covered in mud after a weekend outdoors, and they managed to get him spotless without shaving his coat too short. There was about a twenty-minute delay at pickup because they were understaffed that day, but the front desk apologized and kept customers informed. My dog looked happy, smelled clean, and slept peacefully all evening afterward.
They let my pup free roam the room after service until I could pick him up, which both pup and I highly appreciate! They were kind with his old age and anxiety, so we will be returning soon!
I've brought my dog here 3-4 times for grooming. I always make my appointment via text and Carel accommodates our schedule for dropping off. She always communicates when our dog is almost done so we have a 20 minute heads up when we can pick her up. The cuts have all been good and our dog seems well cared for.
