“Update: The vet returned my call on Tuesday and took care of everything. I am satisfied now.The vet is very hard to get a hold of after seeing her for the first time when she informed us our indoor cat has fleas. The vet suggested we put her on Next guard Combo and informed us that she might need something to help with itchy spots and told us to call if she is still scratching a lot after the application.Called on a Thursday left a message. Called on the following Friday and spoke with someone who said they would call the vet to ask about it. Meanwhile, my cat is in discomfort. It is odd that there is only one vet at this practice who is not available at all on Thursdays and is not onsite on a Friday. Maybe I will hear from them on Monday. if not, I might need to find a different vet.“

“Lady J and Jim are the best dog sitters we've found in the NOVA area! I have highly anxious dogs so finding care for them is quite difficult. Most sitters do not have the patience to work with them. Lady J pet services is the only place I feel safe leaving my fur babies with. My family and I travel frequently and we've used Lady J's Bed & Biscuit service on more than one occasion. My pets have grown comfortable and familiar with them which brings us ease when traveling. Her booking process is also so much easier compared to most places, though she does book out pretty quickly. “Update: we have now been using Dogon Fitness for 4 years. Matt moved away and we now have Karla. She has become part of our family in the area. Our Koda passed away last year, but our Coco loves Karla. We trust her implicitly. Still 5 stars for us.From 4 years ago. My lovable dog Koda is a big yellow lab mix that we adopted from a rescue. He does not warm up to new people or experiences easily. It has not been easy to find a dog walking service capable have having multiple staff members who can just walk in and care for my dog. When we had to change services because he intimidated most of the dog walkers at my previous service; they recommended Carol and DogOn Fitness. Carol is calm and Koda loved her right away. Matt is a trainer and equally calm. It has been terrific feeling confident that no matter when I need their numerous services, they have someone that not only can care for my cautious Koda, but helps us continue our training with our foster dog Jake. They are helping us maintain his education while we find him his new forever home. Thank you Carol and Andrea for my peace of mind.“

“My dog had an infection that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. My husband found Sully Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in that same morning and perform surgery. I felt so at ease letting my dog go back with the nurses and after a few hours we got a call that everything went well. Everyone that we came in contact with was extra sweet and it seemed like they truly care. I’d drive 45 minutes over and over again to have them take care of my sweet Bella. “The staff is AMAZING. My dog is fairly skittish and warmed up to them soo quickly. They really care about the pups and know all their little quirks. My buddy LOVES going to daycare and gets soo excited when we pull into the parking lot. I have never had a bad experience with daycare, boarding, or spa services here. They also do little photoshoots!“
