The doctors and staff at Kenwood Animal Hospital are highly professional and clearly dedicated to the pets in their care. They have treated all of our pets for many years, and we’ve never had a complaint or concern. In our most recent visit, Dr. Dougherty took the time to accurately diagnose the problem our pet was experiencing and explain it to us in clear, understandable terms. She gave clear instructions for followup care to reduce the likelihood of a recurrence. Kenwood is easy to contact and schedule appointments, and they’re very effective in sending reminders by phone, text, and email. We needed to make an appointment for our dog who was having digestive issues. We were able to book an appointment within a few hours of my call. From start to finish we were treated with very loving care. Dr. Croen was amazing and shared lots of information. An examination was completed and medication prescribed to rectify our dog's digestive issues and one day later she is well on her way to normal.

I brought my dog in for her annual check up. From the front desk to the vet, the staff there were friendly and very gentle with her, given her anxiety in having the exam. They did an excellent job of describing what they were doing with her during the exam.
