Wonderful sequences and pace. You had many opportunities to get back into a pose if you fell out. Overall, a really good class. The facility is very clean too! Has everything you need: shower, water, props, towels!
Since then TPY has been my go-to spot for evening and weekend classes. It's small, quaint, non-judmental. This is a place where every body can do yoga.“

booked my second one ) due to a 3 point humorous shoulder break last spring and also for a much needed relaxation time. Jen takes the time to listen and explain the process. She makes you feel completely comfortable with the experience while she is providing her knowledge. Highly recommend!
Looking forward to the next visit!“

“I’m having so much fun at the gym while rebuilding a strong frame and proving that hard work pays off. Lifetime is different & you feel it the second you walk in.
Training with Johnathan Smith has been a complete game changer for me. We’ve worked together for several months, and he’s helped me break through shoulder, hip, and back issues that had me stuck in pain for way too long.
I was devastated being diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, a rare form of arthritis where your joints fuse together and rapid stiffness occurs all over your body. Not to mention my injuries from full contact and combat sports.
Initially after my evaluation & goal setting, we started with stretching and basic mobility, and now we’re deep into high interval training, with mobility and conditioning. Every session hits.
All the trainers are solid, but I got the MVP. My trainer lets me complain when I am feeling stuck in a rut or can’t do an exercise, then helps me find real time solutions and alternatives so I can fix the problem and build the targeted area.
The Recovery Lounge is at no extra cost where you can use the compression boots, the massage chairs, the cryotherapy and massage guns as well. This stuff feels good on the days when you don’t even want to work out and just relax.
Also, the daycare squad is Elite. Our child wants to go every chance she gets. It’s hard to go to a gym when you have a kid after school every day. Problem solved!
They even offer date nights from 5 to 8 on Friday or Saturday… ? and yes, you’re allowed to leave the building. That alone deserves five stars.
Plus, they offer tons of kids’ classes add activities at no extra cost, giving your little ones fun experiences while you get the time to decompress and build a lifestyle that actually lasts.
Not to mention the Lifetime Cafe, where you can get all the food and you can order on the go for your busy lifestyle on the way out of the gym for a healthy snack or meal.
We tried other gyms before, but nothing made us want to come back. It never felt worth the sacrifice. The culture here makes you want to level up every time you walk in. They accommodate your family so that you can live longer and healthier lifestyles.
If you want a gym that pushes you, supports you, and actually celebrates your wins, Lifetime Gainesville is it.
