I was having issues with the sliding door and Robert searched his vehicle for parts and could not find them. He stated he'd be back the next day with the necessary parts. The next morning, Robert called with the parts. He showed up, installed the parts which solved the problem. He also tightened up the drainage cover which I had not reported. Mr. Diaz came out, talked to us, and provided us with excellent input for our project. We received a detailed estimate broken down into individual tasks with labor and materials broken out.
