Excellent communication with contractors is hard to find, so this really helped the process go smoothly.When the job started, the first thing they did on site was post the permits. This is a small detail but with very large implications. It shows that they do things, even the smallest things, by the book. My basement didn’t even have a rough in, so there were a number of places cutting corners could be really bad down the line, and every day I felt better and better about my choice in companies.Ken also came to the site each day, something that other companies don’t always do. He was able to answer any questions I had and made sure to listen to the fine details in my overall design choice. His crew was respectful of my property and were pleasant to interact with when I would check in on the work. I have had a bathroom remodel in the past that was essentially the complete opposite, so it was great to feel like my money was well spent all around.I didn’t have any issues or set backs along the way, and we communicated well about fine detail adjustments like my preference for a different trim type than they installed (which I should have noted this earlier in the process). For those various details, all the way down to the type of light switch I wanted, I let them know and they delivered.I’m so pleased with the end result - it’s exactly what I had pictured in my mind.
