JC and his crew were amazing to work with! They were very caring, hardworking, and made time to address any/all concerns. Everything they mentioned and did to fix our roof problem made sense; I didn’t feel like there was any up-selling. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
I'd definitely recommend this company. They promptly responded to our call after we had a leaky skylight. Their technician arrived within a day to assess the damage. He gave us a very thorough and honest assessment. Compared to another company who we contacted for a quote, Banning came in more affordable and up front. Will contact them again if we have a roof issue.
Alejandra was so nice and professional and had great customer service, you don’t find that much anymore, but she was great. Called me back when she said she would and was wonderful to talk with. When Angie and Adolfo came to my home they were absolutely amazing! Did amazing work and they were so wonderful to talk with. Amazing people! You really don’t get better people than Angie and Adolfo. I am so glad I called today! All three should get a bonus or a raise! I will definitely call RM Banning again with future needs!
