I called Ken as one of my five quotes for a basement bathroom. Some of the reasons I chose Ken over the other four companies were: he was honest and straightforward from the start, clear in how the allowances worked, available to answer my questions, and transparent regarding permitting. The other four companies failed in at least one of those areas, hence choosing Ken’s company.
