We had an outstanding experience working with CML Decor /Carlos on a full renovation of our rental property to prepare it for sale. The scope included updating the bathrooms and kitchen, new appliance installation, replacing carpet, and repainting the entire home. From the very beginning, Carlos stood out by providing a fast and accurate quote at a very reasonable price.
Throughout the project, he was extremely responsive—always quick to answer calls and texts—and kept us updated with regular photo progress. He welcomed our input on finishes and made thoughtful suggestions that were both stylish and aligned with current market trends.
I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my house. The entire process was handled professionally and respectfully. I feel fortunate that I will never need to look for anyone else to do anything on my home because I found CML decor and design llc. Thank you for the excellent experience. I hope that other people who need someone to work on their home will save the effort and headaches of looking for a good home repair company and contact CML decor and design llc. Why search for good when you can get great with one phone call or email?

We contacted CML decor and design to have a screened in porch and patio installed. They responded quickly to our request for a quote and began once everything was approved by our HOA. Carlos and his team were always professional and courteous. We gave them our ideas of certain things we wanted and they turned our ideas into reality. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
