“We hired Toney and his crew to replace our old deck with a much larger multi-level composite deck, with a drainage/gutter system under the upper deck and a finished ceiling and lighting system underneath to create an outdoor living room on the lower deck. They did an absolutely fabulous job at a fair price. The crew are hard workers and real craftsmen -- they built it the right way with a proactive eye for detail and aesthetics. They had to deal with significant challenges along the way... site issues due to the nature of our lot, permitting constraints from the county, soil issues requiring involvement of a geotechnical engineer, etc... and they got through it all, cheerfully and collaboratively despite one of the most challenging jobsites I am sure they have ever had to deal with. Toney and Rey were great partners to us, helping us make decisions and navigate these challenges, and working flexibly with us when we realized we needed to change the plan a bit. Any issues we spotted were quickly addressed. They went above and beyond on several occasions, adding thoughtful small upgrades and solutions for long term maintenance. They were careful to leave us happy and proud of our new deck. They've been responsive with a few small warranty fixes too. The deck looks amazing -- I am proud of the deck and proud of them for their excellent work. I would recommend the Acclaim crew in a heartbeat for high value work from trustworthy, kind people.“

“David and his install team did a phenomenal job on remodeling our small kitchen, making it much more functional and beautiful before our family arrived for the holidays. They had great attention to detail and allowed us to give feedback and request small modifications, as the project was ongoing.They even went outside the scope of our contract (no cost to us), fixing a leak coming from the vent, replacing a damaged section of the subflooring/sealing the water intrusion, supplying a dishwasher kit, and attaching a small island to the floor (along with the butcher block on top of it). We were on a tight budget, but David and his team went above and beyond to accommodate.Please note, we did choose to get our own licensed plumber for the kitchen sink/dishwasher plumbing. David’s install team (not licensed plumbers) did the initial install to get it functional, but we noticed a couple minor issues that we happily paid out of pocket to get fixed. Overall, we saved thousands by going with Evergreen (versus the 3-4 other contractors we spoke with). Highly recommended!“

“Javier and his team were fantastic building our home addition. Our project included removing an old sun room and replacing it with a living room and dining room area. They finished the project within the projected time frame of 8 weeks (which was delayed by 2 weeks due to shipping delay) and the quality of their work is outstanding. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, experienced, and efficient. They went above and beyond to answer questions, make changes we requested, and ensure we were happy with the final product.
