A. Charles provided a quick response when I first reached out with a response to posting on their site. Assem the project lead was proactive, friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the process. Emillio, the carpenter, provided exquisite carpentry work which will protect my home.
B. Pricing: was very fair for a premium job that will far outlast work I have had done previously. The labor charges were clear, detailed, and reasonable.
C. Punctuality: From initial meeting for an estimate through completion of the work, they were consistently on time.
II. Prep Work & Execution
A. Thorough preparation: Fantastic power washing of the house, scraped old paint, sanded, and repaired damaged wood before painting.
B. Beautiful carpentry work. I have a cedar sided home. I had them do extensive carpentry work to replace wood which was necessary because the work done by a cheaper company for my last exterior paint failed to properly protect the wood with the right preparation.
C. Property protection: I live in a townhouse, so protecting the neighbors’’ property as well a my own was essential. The crew covered landscaping, windows, decks, and walkways to prevent overspray or drips.
D. Efficient: The crew worked hard and finished the project within the promised timeline.
