“This town home was remodeled townhome kitchen with Fairfax Kitchen and Bath and had a great experience from start to finish. The original layout had a closed off kitchen with a separate dining area divided by a wall. We wanted a more open, modern space with a clean gray color palette, but only had a rough vision in mind at the beginning.

Sena, the designer worked with at FKB, helped turn those ideas into a layout that made sense both visually and functionally. He came up with a design that opened the space nicely and included custom cabinetry that looks high end without pushing the project outside our budget.

The renovation team was professional, skilled, and easy to work with throughout the project. They paid attention to details, kept things moving, and treated our home with respect. The finished kitchen completely changed the feel of the main floor and still looks fantastic months later. Everything has held up well and we’ve had zero problems since completion.

We would absolutely recommend Fairfax Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking for a quality remodel, especially for a contemporary or modern kitchen design.

Since this was our first time undertaking remodeling work, we were initially nervous about finding a reliable, competitively priced contractor, but Manex exceeded all our expectations.

“Several years ago in 2015, KCSI did a great job replacing the siding on my single-family home, detailing all of the window trim, and replacing a sliding glass door with a patio French door. Recently, in 2025, I initiated a new home improvement project that would impact some of the siding on the rear of the house. Rather than relying on a general contractor to replace the siding, along with some other repairs, I reached back out to KCSI. Once again KCSI came through and did a quality job. They were flexible with scheduling, attentive to details, and the results look great. I clearly made the right choice years ago when I selected KCSI, and I’m happy as a repeat client.“

“Jim Corridon and the entire Metropolitan Contractors team did a great job! We had a fire at our house and needed a restoration specialist on our insurance adjuster's preferred vendor list. I'm so glad we went with them. You could go with ServPro or another big chain, but you won't get the same level of care that the local pros bring. They did a great job getting all of our repair work approved by the adjuster--and they even got approved extra things that the initial inspector didn't find. The level of craftsmanship was great. “We chose Peter & Sunrise Pools over 2 other companies for his unique plan & price. Peter did a great job incorporating our initial design needs into a unique design for our backyard & dealt with challenging elevation changes. We started the project in December '22 & it was complete mid May '23. The extended timeline of a winter build was a bit frustrating at times but as promised our pool was completed per contract before summer. As first time pool owners we're very impressed with the quality & workmanship & our kids love the diving board, water fall & Typhoon slide. We highly recommend Peter & Sunrise Premiere Pools of VA.
