He kept us in the loop the entire time and made sure we liked everything as he was painting. “We contacted Diaz Contracting about Painting our house, replacing the carpeted steps and upper level with hardwood floors and other work. Mr. Diaz came out, talked to us, and provided us with excellent input for our project. We received a detailed estimate broken down into individual tasks with labor and materials broken out. This was extremely helpful in our decision making and the cost was fair for the amount of work to be done so we agreed to have Diaz do the work. We are living in the house so the work had to be done around us. I can tell you that this is a very trying process but Diaz's courteous, professional and did everything they could to make us as comfortable as possible. At the end of each day they cleaned up prior to leaving and let us know when they would return the next day. We are very pleased with the final product. The work was completed on time and for the amount agreed upon. I recommend Diaz Painting and Renovations and we will use them for future projects.“

“Kirby Kerns Contractors was a great experience and I am very pleased with the work. I called four contractors and only two showed up. Kirby Kerns was the first contractor I called, they were very responsive and come out right away for inspection. I received my quote the very next day.

Two contractors were no shows! One wanted to give me a quote based on county records and other data. Once they came out, the price increased due to onsite conditions, but was slightly higher than Kirby Kerns quote.

Kirby Kerns was prompt the day of installation and clean up was great. My new roof and gutters look great, workmanship was amazing and I would recommend Kirby Kerns Contractors for your roofing & gutter needs!“

“We are extremely happy with all of SVC Homes’ work on our recent renovations and intend to use their company again for all future projects.We gut renovated our 1910 rowhouse kitchen and bath last year and hiring Sandro and his team to do the work was easily the best decision we made. Very responsive and great customer service were the start. But then the tile installers were amazing. It is truely an art for them and they crafted a masterpiece. Measuring, cutting and laying each tile meticulously as if it were their own home. Beautiful work! I only got 1 other quote and their pricing was comparable so I would say they also have competitive pricing. Good experience all around.“

“Having no success with ReStore (Habitat for Humanity) picking up 2 boxes of new, unused hardwood flooring, I discovered ReBuild which is actually closer to where I live. They were not able to arrange pick up, but at least they were up front with me, and didn't lie and then make excuses! They are only open a few days a week, but fortunately I'm retired so am flexible. I was able to get the two 7' boxes of hardwood flooring into my car, and found my way to ReStore on Fullerton Road. It's a bit tight to get to the door because of the location and parking, but I had barely put my car in park before a gentlemen came out to me and carried the boxes in for me! Service. I am so delighted to know about ReBuild Warehouse and you can be sure that I'll be donating any future building materials there. Highly recommend.“

“I hired Alex and his team to do about 585 square feet of laminate flooring in my kitchen and half bath. They went above and beyond! Part of the fireplace nosing didn't arrive on time and they said they would come back free of charge and install it when it did come in. The second time they came, it was the wrong color (I know I should have noticed it was the wrong color) but they said they would come back again, free of charge, when the right color came in. I also fired them to do some tile work around my fireplace. They are very attentive to detail and price fairly. I will definitely be using them again for future household projects.“
