Kirby Kerns Contractors was a great experience and I am very pleased with the work. I called four contractors and only two showed up. Kirby Kerns was the first contractor I called, they were very responsive and come out right away for inspection. I received my quote the very next day.
Two contractors were no shows! One wanted to give me a quote based on county records and other data. Once they came out, the price increased due to onsite conditions, but was slightly higher than Kirby Kerns quote.

Kudos to KKC for the repair they agreed to make even though their warranty was technically not transferred to us, new owners, they honored their warranty on goodwill and came out to patch some holes in the roof that had caused a small leak on the ceiling.
Kirby Kerns does excellent work! I'd give him 10 starts if I could. He has been working with my parents for their new roof and we had a tree fall, he came out right away to tarp the area. Quick, reliable and professional! I highly recommend.
