We contracted with PowerHouse remodeling to remodel our wooden 490 square foot deck with Trex flooring. Steve Edwards, the owner, gave us an honest assessment of the condition of the old deck, enabling us to retain the old posts and joists. He gave us a fair, detailed, itemized price for the remodel, which included removal and replacement of our deck furniture and grill, with a complete rebuild of the staircase. Unlike other contractors we spoke with there was no attempt to upsell. The work was initiated within the time period specified in the contract. I'm thrilled to report that PowerHouse Remodeling exceeded all expectations in creating our dream outdoor space. My wife and I had Powerhouse install a new deck and screened in porch. The owner was easy to work with and the crew were amazing in their workmanship. It exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend this company.
