Oakes Heating & AC Inc is a business specializing in HVAC system maintenance. They are known for their exceptional customer service and efficient work. A notable feature is their ability to improve air quality by effectively removing dust, dirt, and allergens from air ducts, significantly benefiting those who suffer from allergies. However, it's important to note that there seems to be a misrepresentation online which the company is unable to correct.
Highly recommend Oaks. Called at 8 am and had a technician fixing my AC by 11:30am same day. The technician, Anthony, was great: knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very informative. Had the problem fixed in a short fashion. Would definitely use Oaks again.
This company is a great example of why I chose small businesses every time. There was an issue with my AC unit since it was installed during COVID, and there were limited resources for the install. I reached out to Oaks, and they sent out a master tech the very next day. He went through my entire system with me, and then had all the issues corrected with zero downtime on the units. The team that came to do the work were professional, and in and out within an hour. It was amazing work, it looks great, works great, and the customer service was unmatched. Thank you Oaks!
Oakes Heating & AC Inc is a game-changer! I recently had them clean my air ducts, and I'm amazed at the difference it made. Not only did they remove all the built-up dust and allergens, but they also provided exceptional customer service. The team was friendly, efficient, and left my home cleaner than before. Oakes Heating & AC Inc is the real deal.Services: HVAC system maintenance
