The only reason I gave a four stars was because my technician was excellent. He was knowledgable and thorough. This should have been a 5 star review however I was told I needed a part and that the office would be in touch with me as to when to expect the part and to schedule the repairs. It has been 12 days and I have heard nothing from their office. I called today and was told they have no idea when the part will arrive. The woman said she doesnt have a good relationship with that vendor and she will email them again.
