“Dr. Bill installed my water pressure backup sump pump about 2 years ago. You never want the backup to kick on, but after an (unnamed) plumber came over for a check, something happened - and I realized my backup sump pump was kicking on.

Fortunately, the water pressure backup was working as designed and planned. I called The Plumbing Dr to check up on my pumps to figure out if there was something wrong with my main pump. Turey inspected both, adjusted some settings, and now both are back to working as planned. Most importantly, my basement is dry. Hooray!“
