“Gene came out and fixed my issue with super-high water pressure quickly and cheaply. I talked to 3 plumbers before choosing one, and they all proposed something different. Some recommended some very expensive fixes that seemed incomplete, and others weren't able to clearly explain why their solutions were appropriate. I was also able to call JF and talk to some of the more senior people there about my concerns over potential problems with the solution. Their reasoning was clear and reassured me that it was ok to go through with the job.“
