“Riba Construction has done a fantastic job on our home. New roof, siding and 25 windows. Price was middle of the road but the level of performance and personal Ritz Carlton touch was incredible and should not be underestimated. 100% support your decision to choose them.Richard, HB, and the crew are perfectionists. They have provided incredible value and a standard that the rest of the industry should follow (but likely not). From the initial no pressure contact in person to every site visit everything was smooth and a pleasure. This is our 5th home and I can tell you that never had I had such a great experience. Don't be deceived by other brand name companies that give the dog and pony show and want that commitment before they leave or else the price goes up. That is BAD business. Richard and Riba NEVER operate that way. Richard is honest, genuine and up front about cost and expected costs. “TL;DR: Fast, efficient, reasonable and a job well done.I was referred to Sam and his crew after I found water getting into my house, and asked around on who the best roof repair in the area was. Sam called me back the same day and came over the next, which was a much faster turnaround than I was expectingAfter taking a look at everything, the previous patch, and where the water was falling, they determined I needed to replace a section of the roof, but also offered to patch it if replacing was out of my budget. I'm so glad I went ahead with the replacement.They found the cause of the leak very quickly, and even put up preventative measures to stop water and leaves from pooling in the same area as before.I hope to not have any more issues with my roof, but if I do, I know who to call.“
“Didn't end up going with Nu Look because I already had an executed contract elsewhere however I do regret going through the other company. Nu Look was much more communicative and followed up twice. Would highly recommend based on other friends that have had work along with their solid reviews through many platforms.“

“Our neighborhood had storm damage. Lots of companies came to our door to offer to look at our roof. We did not feel comfortable working with them. Then our next door neighbors recommended we speak with David Leckie from Colonial Remodeling. From the beginning we were comfortable with the process. Most of the companies wanted money instead of paying attention to our problems. David came and inspected our roof. He talked to us about the issues. He did not guarantee it would be covered but made sure we understood what was wrong, what the process was, and what his role was. David sat down with me when I called the insurance company and was here when they came to inspect the roof. I feel like in every instance he went above and beyond! We felt like we were the only customers he had. His customer service was excellent. He was available throughout the process to help us and never just passed us on to the next person. His dedication and support were amazing. We are so blessed we selected Colonial Remodeling. I have recommended them to friends and family. In this uncertain time David was safe when he met with us and I always felt that he not only respected our needs but our property as well. You can't go wrong working with this company.
