“Where do I begin? I will begin from the start. We met Noel some time in the Summer of 2024. We had relocated and were looking for a home to buy. Didn't know too many people and being new to the area we were looking at homes we had searched ourselves. Noel was representing the seller and though we didn't buy the home he was selling for his client, a relationship of trust was born that day. He actually called to see if we needed help in any way more than once. We appreciated his interest in us and our personal situation. We had to sell our home out of state and made contact again with him through our out of state agent. The agent that helped us sell our home out of state, spoke to Noel and told us that we should ask Noel for help since he was not licensed in Maryland. Our financial situation was not the best because we had made some credit mistakes that hurt our credit score. He took on the challenge. We followed his plan. We were able to close on the house of our dreams this week. Who was there throughout the process? Noel. “We love Tom. The best.Tom was great selling our townhouse near GMU. We had intended to fix up before selling but realized we'd then be stuck in it for another year. We decided to sell as is, and knock down the price to account for the needed repairs.We had gotten "strung along" by another "HGTV" influencer type realtor who after several exchanges told us to price it for $100K than other similar homes. less because of needed repairs. They had given glossy expensive hardbound portfolios: one for each of us. Very impressive; very "expensive"! We knew where our profit was going.Tom walked through and quoted us a selling price of $50K higher. Just one very professional looking portfolio of comps.He told us to clean and clear it out. Touch up paint. That's it. Sold on the first day for asking price. Managed our HOA's picky details for us. Very straight forward.Also he sold my mother's 1958 McLean split level for my sisters and I. Again, not a lot of fuss or effort on our part. All 4 of us were extremely happy.The question is, do you fantasize of having an HGTV house sale? The cost may very well reduce your profit and take months to renovate.. And there is no guarantee prospective buyers will like your taste.Or do you want a fast profitable sale? That's what needed. No fantasy fix up.“
