“We did a significant remodel of our 20 year old home with Commonwealth and it was fantastic from start to finish. This is a well oiled machine that is very professional and reliable with a high quality product. My biggest concern at the start was simply not getting what we we wanted and what we were paying for. We had heard horror stories of contractor ripoffs. Commonwealth was the opposite. They plan with you, they deliver excellent work, and also were flexible in the middle of the project to pivot when we wanted to changes and didn't penalize us. Two years after our warranties on the work expired we had a small issue and they popped over and just handled it.
