He even came back out a day before the insurance adjuster's visit to make sure everything on the roof was properly marked and ready to go, that kind of attention to detail before the adjuster even showed up made me feel like they were already looking out for me. Michael also walked me through how the insurance submission process works, so I wasn't going in blind.

Speaking of insurance, Haley took the lead from there and was fabulous at explaining every step of it. What I expected to be a confusing, drawn out headache turned out to be easy to follow because she made sure I understood what was happening and why, and she stayed on top of the submission the whole way through. Before installation even started, she also walked me through the roofing process itself, the materials being used, and the costs associated with the project. She was fabulous at explaining the detail of the process and exactly how the work would be done, so there were no surprises once the crew showed up.

Nick handled scheduling and kept me in the loop on timing, which honestly made a huge difference. Nobody likes not knowing when a crew is showing up or how long they'll be tearing into your house. Mike ran point on the actual installation, and the crew worked clean, fast, and did quality work with no shortcuts and no mess left behind. And when it came time to close things out and settle billing, Sean made sure everything was straightforward and matched what was agreed on from the start, with no surprise charges or confusion.

What really stood out to me, though, was the culture of the whole company. Every single person I dealt with, Michael, Haley, Nick, Mike, Sean, treated me like I was their only customer.
