“NCI replaced the roof of my house damaged by storm. Insurance initially denied the claim when I was helped by another contractor. Mr. Carlos, who is a project manager at NCI, helped me to have the roof reinspected by the insurance and the claim fully approved. He went up to the roof with the inspector and communicated the locations and severity of damages. After a few days after the approval, Mr. Carlos's team came to my house around 8 am and finished the roof replacement and the cleanup by 4pm.
