“NCI replaced the roof of my house damaged by storm. Insurance initially denied the claim when I was helped by another contractor. Mr. Carlos, who is a project manager at NCI, helped me to have the roof reinspected by the insurance and the claim fully approved. He went up to the roof with the inspector and communicated the locations and severity of damages. After a few days after the approval, Mr. Carlos's team came to my house around 8 am and finished the roof replacement and the cleanup by 4pm. “I was looking for a reputable company to remove an old attic fan from our two-story home and to patch the hole in the roof. I submitted a request for estimates through yelp at around 11:00PM on Wednesday and received a response from Carlos at Sparkk Construction within 5 minutes. He provided a very reasonable fixed-price estimate and was prepared to begin work as early as 8AM the next morning. The weather forecast for the next two days included chances of rain though, so we both agreed that it would be best to wait until Saturday. Two workers from Sparkk Contruction, Ceaser and another man whose name I did not get, arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time Saturday morning and went straight to work. It was obvious that they were knowledgable and experienced in doing this type of work and I could not be happier with the results. The repair was quick, the work area was thoroughly cleaned when the job was completed, and they kept me informed throughout the process. In addition, Ceasar touch up some trim paint on an unrelated area of the roof at no additional charge and he went out of his way to humanely relocate a baby squirrel found nested inside of the old attic fan. Prior to departing the job site, Ceaser took time to walk around the house with me and to explain all of the work they did, making sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. This was a very smooth and pleasant experience from the initial contact with Carlos through Yelp at almost midnight to job completion by Ceaser and his coworker, invoicing, and payment for services a few days later. “Final product seems fine. Only issue I had was with the schedule, which the roofer blamed on rainy weather. Several of my neighbors signed service agreements in some cases weeks after we did. Yet, their new roofs were completed before ours - they managed to work with the same weather!“
“We worked with Liberty Home Remodeling to repair our exterior roof and interior ceiling/painting due to ceiling water leaks. The communication between the adjuster was very prompt and quick. We were able to get a estimate quickly and the adjuster really explained the whole process in full detail and told us everything we should expect. He was very professional. We were able to get started right away and they were flexible with scheduling too! We had a snow storm right before our repair date, but they let us know ahead of time about schedule changes and worked around the storm.The roof repairs were done quickly and updates us on all the repairs that were done. We had the interior ceiling and painting done a week later after they were able to inspect the roofing was done properly to make sure we didn't need any other repairs. The exterior and interior repairs were done very nicely and it feels like a new home again! I'm glad we were able to work with Liberty Home Remodeling for our repairs and I would definitely recommend!!“

“Builders Siding has been doing work for my family for years. My folks were so happy with the work and repair service on their house that Larry was my first (and only) call when I needed gutters and trim wrap on my new house.Once the weather warmed up a bit in February, he came out and had a detailed estimate within just a few days. We settled on the work, and his crew showed up about a week later.The crew was friendly and courteous and cleaned up every scrap when they were done. They didn't stop moving the whole time there were here, really just dug in and got it done.The wrap looks awesome, everything is tight and caulked. The gutter helmets are invisible and the new gutters are clean and seamless.I know if anything should come up in the future, Builders Siding will take care of it for me. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing siding or gutters or any other service they provide!“

“I have used AN Exterior for different jobs. For the first job a tree fells and damaged the front of the house. They completed the job in one day and also repaired a hole in our roof as a branch fell the day before they came out. I then used AN Exterior for our second property, which they replaced the roof, facia board and gutters. The price was fair, the work was completed successfully and on-time. My only advise is that you stay in contact with them via email, and they will usually respond on the same day or next.“
