Today I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in my life with this company. A possible issue was called out by an inspector on my roof and the owner immediately came out and assessed the situation and fixed a couple of minor issues with the shingles. They were thorough in their assessment and went above and beyond what was asked of them to make sure everything was in working order. They were incredibly respectful and even guaranteed their work for the next owner of my home. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family!!

After we discovered a leak in our roof from heavy rain, Storm Guard was very responsive in scheduling to come out the next day. Hugo showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful. He quickly identified the issue and was able to remedy it on the spot. He provided great advice on what to look out for in the future.
