His folks stopped by to do a free inspection of my roof, which revealed wind and hail damage in enough places to qualify for insurance replacement. They worked with my insurance company to get all the approvals done, so I had a brand new roof done for just the $1,000 deductible on my policy. Very happy with the quality of the staff and the installation crew, and would recommend them without hesitation! Brandy from Douglas Roofing came out and did an inspection of our roof which showed hailed damage. Was able to get the roof replaced through our insurance company, in which they took care of all the paper work. The crew did a fantastic job in 2 days and my roof looks amazing.** With their commitment to excellence, Douglas Roofing Inc continues to earn high praise from satisfied customers.
On a scale of 1-10, Douglas Roofing is a 20! Greg D. is not only the Salesman of the Century; he is a professional at analyzing needs of the situation and stays within the client's financial boundaries. He really does CARE and actually shows up during production. Andre and his team are a well-oiled machine that are actually happy in their work and proud and knowledgeable about their company & their product. Watching them in motion surpasses Circ De Solie. Amazing!! The final cleanup is superlative, a rarity in the roofing business. This is a team that shows pride in their profession from inception to completion.
