I was looking for a reputable company to remove an old attic fan from our two-story home and to patch the hole in the roof. I submitted a request for estimates through yelp at around 11:00PM on Wednesday and received a response from Carlos at Sparkk Construction within 5 minutes. He provided a very reasonable fixed-price estimate and was prepared to begin work as early as 8AM the next morning. The weather forecast for the next two days included chances of rain though, so we both agreed that it would be best to wait until Saturday.
