I hired Premier Exteriors after receiving a flyer and shopping around for a bit. Ricardo was great to work with! He negotiated a solid deal with me for a new roof with a 50-year warranty. After a two-month wait for HOA approval, Ricardo quickly scheduled my install for the following week. The crew worked hard, arriving at 6:30 AM and finishing the whole job by 4:30 PM.
A couple of tips for future customers:
1. Ask for all shingle samples: I got Tamko Titan, but I wish I had asked to see samples from Owens Corning, GAF, or CertainTeed to compare before deciding.

The owner of the company and his entire team were professional and very thorough in explaining the work that they would be doing and providing education around the variety of roofs and accessories that we could choose from. This was also very helpful given that we’ve never had to replace a roof before. And for anybody who has an HOA this was also helpful because they provided imaging and text to be able to send over and making the process much easier for us. When the day came to install the roof, the installers were timely, and I was able to communicate with the owners of the company and their team relatively easily for any questions and follow up to my satisfaction....read full review
I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was reliable, knowledgeable, and offered a great price for the work provided. Ricardo gave an excellent presentation, explained everything clearly, and was willing to work with us to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. The staff was professional and friendly, and they made sure the area was completely clean when the job was finished.
