“Just experienced OUTSTANDING 5-Star service from 3 plumbing techs with Nichols & Phipps, Woodbridge. We discovered water leaking from an unknown source below our slab in the kitchen. Without any available plumbing plans for our 23yo house in Belmont Bay, Luke, Stephen & Edgar began a systematic search to locate the leak under the concrete slab, which they found. It was an Extremely difficult endeavor. They finally located the leak, replaced both hot & cold supply lines and repaired the slab, all in two days. Superior skill & service. Very polite, courteous & helpful throughout this trying evolution, and they cleaned up too. Definitely a 5-Star business.“

I had a persistent water leak in my master bathroom. I called Prince William Plumbing and during the initial visit they were not able to locate the exact source of the leak but gave me helpful guidance on what to do next. I paid for the service call and followed their recommendations. Unfortunately, the leak continued so I called them back, they came out again, and this time they found the source of the problem and fixed it. I was fully prepared to pay for the additional visit and the repair, but to my surprise, they didn't charge me anything for this second trip.
I was moved to tears by their honesty and generosity in a time when its easy to feel like just another number on an invoice. They treated me like a human being. That kind of integrity is rare and it means everything.
