Holes in the basement floor pipes and exterior drain as well as caused a flooded basement. Johnny responded quickly, assessed the situation and clearly explained the remedial process. This included digging a trench in the basement floor and replacing the pipes, replacing an inadequate drain and piping exterior to the basement, and a new sump pump. Once work began, the expert crew completed the installation and repairs in a very timely fashion. Clean up was efficient and ongoing during the process. I highly recommend Johnny and Astor Plumbing.
