After several heat pump replacement estimates elsewhere, the OHA technician found the right equipment at a reasonable price for me. The installation team arrived early and finished early. They were quiet and tidy and insisted on showing me how everything worked. An overall good experience.
After the installation there were a few issues but they we quickly resolved and the system has been operating great. I now use them as needed for service and repairs. They are extremely responsive. They have on some calls come same day during a busy hot summer.
