Excellent service! Everyone was very friendly, responsive, and efficient. This is the second time I’ve used their services for plumbing work, and once again, I was very pleased with the experience.
Mr. Jose and Ms Karen are wonderful — kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
I needed a pressure reducing valve replaced. I called around and Nichols & Phipps were the only ones willing to give me an estimate and come out without any upfront fee. The work was done by a professional, courteous, and competent young man (Steve). He answered all my questions and left me feeling my money was well spent.
Robert is a great technician. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell, he repairs. Such a big difference with other airco companys that have expensive adds everywhere.
