MonticelloAir & its employees are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, friendly & service is fast. We had trouble with our heat pump. They set an appointment for Tuesday, arrived, made a diagnosis. The part was ordered, replaced & job completed on Wednesday. I highly recommend this company. They are definitely customer/people friendly. Thank you MonticelloAir.
I was referred to Monticello Air by a friend when my crawl space dehumidifier stopped working. Nick was so professional and assured me that it only needed a minor adjustment. I was thrilled to find such a honest prompt HVAC company. I will always call them for my heating and air needs.
Top-notch customer service and excellent pricing! Nick came out and gave me an estimate to replace my antique warm oil furnace system with a modern heat pump. He gave me multiple options designed to fit my budget. They’ve had excellent communication throughout the process letting me know when he would be there, when his crews would arrive and how long things would take.
