“After getting an estimate from another local company I had decided that I wasn't going to be able to add an A/C unit in the house I had just bought. I received a returned call from Air Pro and kind of blew her off. She was persistent and called me back the next day and I explained to her that going by the other quote I really couldn't afford a new unit. She ended up talking me into letting Matt come and take a look and give me an estimate. We'll I have to say I am so glad she talked me into it.Matt quoted adding just an a/c unit and it was alot less than the other estimate I had. He also explained how things worked with adding a Rheem a/c to a York Furnace.The day they were scheduled to begin the install Matt called to let me know they were on their way and I told him I was thinking that I should have gotten a heat pump instead but that I knew it was to late for that. He was very nice about it and told me that he wanted me to be happy with my decision and he came on over and checked the breaker box and said that I could go with a heat pump and explained the difference and revised the quote which again I was happy with so decided to go with the heat pump. Two weeks later they came and removed the gas furnace and installed my new Rheem heat pump. The 2 technicians Peyton and Hayden were very polite and respectful and did an awesome job. Matt called the evening they finished up to see if I had any questions and again the next day which I doubt other companies take the time to do. Matt met with me and went over the maintenance contract and explained the different functions of the thermostat he also answered questions I had about the programming functions.I recommend them 100% for any heating or air conditioning needs.Services: Heating system installation“
