I found that my AC was not working at 4:45 pm and by 5:30 TJ (the on-call tech) was at my house assessing the situation. He got it working very quickly and answered all of my questions. I have used David Ashcom for 13 years and have never been disappointed by their service or been left without heating or AC. I highly recommend that if you have any problems or issues with your HVAC system call them ASAP, you won't be disappointed.
David ashcom does maintenance on a few of the apartments in my area. They've always been professional and kind. Michael in particular showed me how to use my high tech thermostat. I really appreciate the courtesy that was shown!
