Shaw & Company Contractor
“I came to write a review, and saw that the company already had a constant 5 FIVE stars. I'm not surprised. As a Portfolio Manager, and now a General Manager of a property, I have been working with Shaw & Co Contractor for nearly 2 years on several projects from the smallest to the largest jobs, they have a team for it. They have been awarded contracts for projects from ground to roof, inside and outside, properties ranging from singe family, townhomes and condominiums (garden and high-rise). The quality of the work, the professionalism, communication, prospecting and investigation, problem-solving, accountability, supervision, response time, project time, pricing, are all worthy of 5 full starts.”
OikoSystems Contractor, LLC
“Maria and Dimitrios just completed a refresh of my basement bathroom. This was an extremely smooth process – from the quoting process through to completion of the bathroom. There are a number of positive things to call out that I think are important: 1) if there is a decision to be made, they will provide you with the pros, cons and consequences of your decision, 2) there is no pressure to go bigger or push you into features or changes that add cost. Everything is discussed up front, which alleviates the potential for surprises. 3) The quality of the work is very high. I had a bathroom and kitchen remodel done by a design/build company that does extremely good work. OikoSystems is at that level. You are getting design guidance, coordination and project execution. 4) They will also make useful recommendations that help bring everything together – little touches that show they are thinking about the overall look and functioning. I highly recommend them. I am so satisfied with this entire process. There was minimal to no disruption to my day to day. And the effort to keep the dust and work was contained to a specific area was very much appreciated. Thank you guys so much.”
