“I can't say enough good things about these people. The wood on the floor and top rails of our old deck was cracking. The structure itself was sound, so I just wanted to replace the sections that had deteriorated. I called a number of firms, but they all wanted to tear down the whole deck and replace it, at a much greater cost. Only Garza Contractors was flexible enough to agree to a repair and not a replacement. They also found a way to install Trex flooring, which another contractor told me couldn't be done. The work crew was skilled, courteous and efficient, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. The cost was quite reasonable, particularly compared to the cost of a new deck. I couldn't be happier with the work they did for me.“
