I have nothing but positive things to say about Enhanced Homes and the Enhanced team. We started with just a simple addition and kitchen/bath remodel that turned into a whole home reconstruction/remodel due to the condition of the home. The Enhanced team specifically Ms. Cindy Lips and Mr. Caleb Watada were a pleasure to deal with, as they were responsive, professional, understanding, and kind. In the end, the finished product was nothing less than exceptional. We could not be happier. Working with enhanced gave us our family home at a great value. They replaced our roof in 2019, when they were doing business as Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling. That work carried a five-year warranty. I called them in 2022 to do some repair to the work. The person who answered the phone explained that the previous company was no longer in business, so the owner would need to call me back. I called the business four additional times over the next week and a half, with no call back.If you do business with them, please don't take into account the length of their warranty, as they seem to have no problem changing names (but still citing positive reviews from the earlier business) and failing to even call back to explain whether they'll...read full review

I recently had a small business transaction with Ryan and was pleasantly surprised that in this day and age too there are people who'd do the right thing without thinking about it twice.Call my cynical, but honesty and caring about doing the right thing go a long way in my books!Kudos!
