I came to write a review, and saw that the company already had a constant 5 FIVE stars. I'm not surprised. As a Portfolio Manager, and now a General Manager of a property, I have been working with Shaw & Co Contractor for nearly 2 years on several projects from the smallest to the largest jobs, they have a team for it. I cannot say enough good things about working with TJ and the team at Shaw and Company. As a property manager, I’ve worked with countless vendors over the years, and this company has truly been a God send. There hasn’t been a project (no matter how big or small) that I’ve brought to them that they couldn’t assist with. I now use them for most of the communities I manage and for my own home, and that says everything!

Work done: replaced fascia and rake board.
The work was done exactly as needed, quickly and professionally. Also, communication was easy.
Shaw was able to get it done the next day, while others were busy or didn't pick up the phone or I would've had to wait weeks.
I would recommend working with Shaw and I will again.
