800 N Henry St, Alexandria“I had previously tried out a lagree class in California after going to pilates for a while thinking it would be cake. It was not. After I moved to Alexandria, I decided I would try out solidcore and it did not disappoint. The workouts are absolute torture, but in a good way. I'm getting my butt kicked for 50 minutes and questioning my life decisions, but I leave feeling sore and amazing. I will definitely continue taking classes here. Fortunately, I have never had a hard time with booking classes and the instructors have all been awesome and good with making corrections to help me.“

“Yoga isn’t my thing…until YogaSix. I really enjoy the classes, the entire vibe. It is calming, while at the same time strengthening. You may see me attending a class trying but utterly failing to get the positions and keeping my balance - I am very new. This is the first time I don’t feel self conscious about it! Try the 3 classes!“
