“I was panicking because my water heater was leaking, and Nick showed up as soon as possible. Had the best rate for showing up after service hours too! He took a look around and told me that my water heater was definitely not up to code and needed to be replaced. Yikes! I kind of figured that, but wasn't exactly sure. So, in the meantime, he showed me how to turn off the water and provided details on what needed to be fixed and answered all my questions. He even said they have a restoration service that could help dry my carpet that got soaked. A lot of work will need to be done to replace my huge heater because it will need to be cut in half to get it out, so I knew it was going to be costly. Because of that, Nick got me on a payment plan as well as a new membership so I could save money! I could definitely benefit from this membership too! Looking forward to seeing the work crew come out tomorrow so they can work their magic! :)”

“Received excellent service from Austin and Parker today for a service lateral electrical repair. They arrived on time angit straight to work. They carefully explained the procedure they would follow in the repair and answered all of my questions regarding the repair. They also pointed out some anomalies in my service panel for future resolution as well as advice on smoke alarm replacements as well.
Overall, I was very satisfied with their knowledge and professionalism in conducting the repair and highly recommend them to anyone in need of such repairs. Well done!”
