i called a local plumber after reading the online reviews because my hot water heater stopped working. jacob answered even while he was on another plumbing job, and he was polite, helpful, and professional. He made time to come out the same day and arrived exactly when he said he would at my home in Salt Lake. He checked the water heater carefully, found the issue quickly, and explained everything in simple terms so i knew what was going on. He completed the repair efficiently, got the hot water flowing again, and the pricing was very fair. I was only charged the service call, with no extra labor fee added, and there was no markup on the parts he used. The whole experience felt honest, smooth, and professional from start to finish. It is hard to find a plumber who is on time, clear about the repair, and fair with plumbing costs, but this team delivered. i would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing repair, water heater service, or general plumbing issue. No need to keep searching if you need reliable plumbing help.
