We were so impressed with Gary and Craig’s Services! They were so fast and got the job done efficiently. Gary was professional and so knowledgeable and worked with us to get us the best value. We were anticipating weeks and we were impressed that we could get it started the next day! This company impressed me from the moment I called. The receptionist who answered my call was so helpful and very kind, which was needed after the day I was having. Then, I was surprised at how quickly they were going to be able to send someone over to assist me. I had someone at my home within the hour I called. Gary came to the rescue! He was able to complete the work Dominion Energy said they could not do. Gary also showed me where my hot water heater was leaking and educated me about the rebates and tax breaks given when I replace my water heater and furnace. Gary was very professional and explained all my options. He responded to any concerns I had. My central unit was due to be replaced and I ended up finally doing it. i trust this company so I am a repeat customer. Everything was set up quick and with my schedule in mind.
