“I was panicking because my water heater was leaking, and Nick showed up as soon as possible. Had the best rate for showing up after service hours too! He took a look around and told me that my water heater was definitely not up to code and needed to be replaced. Yikes! I kind of figured that, but wasn't exactly sure. So, in the meantime, he showed me how to turn off the water and provided details on what needed to be fixed and answered all my questions. He even said they have a restoration service that could help dry my carpet that got soaked. A lot of work will need to be done to replace my huge heater because it will need to be cut in half to get it out, so I knew it was going to be costly. Because of that, Nick got me on a payment plan as well as a new membership so I could save money! I could definitely benefit from this membership too! Looking forward to seeing the work crew come out tomorrow so they can work their magic! :)“

“Furnace was not working. Gary came and ran a thorough check and determined the 'mother board' was bad. Talked to us about our options in heating/cooling units, and explained finance options as well. We went with the Lennox heat pump system. Gary checked and they had a unit at the shop and a crew to help with installation. Gary showed up at our home about 10 AM to check out the old furnace. By 6 PM he and the install crew had the new unit installed and working. Couldn't ask for better, faster, more professional service. Thank you Gary, your crew, and Craig's HVAC service.
