Amazingly responsive and incredibly honest service. If I had the option of a 6-star review, they'd get all six. We had a pressing boiler issue, and Randy and Thomas immediately came to the rescue with fantastic service, saving us thousands of dollars that we would have paid if we had gone with another local company. I cannot recommend them more highly.
I enthusiastically recommend Shamrock plumbing!! We needed help with our boiler. Thomas was available the same day. We had the replacement part, and just needed the installation. Thomas was able to quickly replace the part. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. And very reasonably priced. And, Shamrock charged a fraction of what another company was going to charge us. I highly recommend Shamrock plumbing!
Best plumbing services ever! I spoke to the office staff regarding scheduling and they went above and beyond to accommodate my timeline, calling me when they had a cancellation to dispatch a technician earlier than originally scheduled. Danny provided a quick diagnosis that would resolve the problem with a solution that was much less invasive than I expected. Nate came out to do the actual repair and was quick and super pleasant. Thanks, Nate!
